Lonnsen Sippe

The Lonnsen Sippe, led by Lonne Levensen the current Chieftain of Troumwarft is recognized as one of the founding families of this settlement. Even before Wotan's Call the chieftain of the region was the head of this family, handling the negotiations with outside tribes about war and trade.

Their openness towards Hamwesen , even adopting a few Hamwesen orphans into the Sippe, shaped the overall relationship of the whole region towards the changed people.

History

Founding of Troumshrine and Troumwarft

The history of the Lonnsen Sippe is closely connected to the development of Troumwarft itself. In fact, it was the grandfather of Lonne Levensen, Reik Helsen, who founded Troumshrine, the shrine of dreams at this location. He and his young wife were led to this place by the great Seherin Teleen the Green although some bad tongues speak of how he may have fled his obligations with his first wife and two daughters back in the east.

Shortly after establishing the shrine, Reik got gifted a magical sword by the Asen themselves and received the call to gather followers, to prepare this land for the arrival of the Asen warriors. With the run-inscribed and indestructible Jotunstreik as his symbol, he gathered strong warriors and their families to found Troumwarft at the place of the shrine.

Time of conflict with the Isanmannen

For years, Reik led the new tribe successfully, until the Isanmannen Empire began to stir after decades of peace, trying to invade the lands of the Germanen.
Reik led several raids against the foe, but started to grow cautious when the Ampsivaren seemed to be siding with the enemy. This caution, however, cost him his leadership sixteen years after he founded the settlement, and Hanne Konnsen led the warriors of Troumwarft for a while.

However in the battle of the Teutanes Forest, seventeen years before the night of Wotan's Call, even though the Germanen remained victorious, many strong warriors fell - including Hanne Konnsen. Back came a young but battle-hardened warrior, Leve Reiksen, to claim the position of the Chieftain, with his father's blessing as well as the mighty sword Jotunstreik by his side.

Wotan's Call

Leve led the people of Troumwarft through a prosperous time of peace, for almost seventeen years. But in the night of Wotan's Call, Leve himself got struck down while he was trying to aid people in need. His son, Lonne picked up the fabled sword and with this symbol of faith, the young man of barely 14 years led his people to safety from the chaos, supported by the timely interference of the Seherin Gehanna.

He became a remarkably young but skilled leader and even the elder warriors of Troumwarft followed his guidings. He and his wife Maike rule up until today with the wise council of the honored Gehanna and with the already legendary symbol of his reign, Jotunstreik at his side. It is thanks to them, adopting orphaned Hamwesen into their Sippe, that Troumwarft has developed into a save haven for all people chosen by the Asen to play a different role than those of the other Mannen.

Notable Figures

Lonne Levensen

The current Chieftain of Troumwarft. Although a rather young Mannen, he proved his worth during the events of Wotan's Call ten years ago when he led his people regardless which type of Hamwesen they turned out to be, through the chaos and uncertainty of the days that followed.

Maike Neelsin

Wife of Lonne Levensen and mostly in charge about supplies and trade agreements of Troumwarft. Some other families, especially the Jellsen Sippe, are visibly reserved about a Mannen woman being in charge of these important matters.

Barne Levensen

Younger brother of Lonne and a skilled hunter. He often keeps to himself and goes on elongated hunting trips, leaving his wife Jidke Fensin at Troumwarft to care for their three kids. This tendency has increased after Barne changed into a Wuelf in the events of Wotan's Call. All of his children are wuelfe as well.

The younger generation

Konne Lonnsen

The only surviving son of Lonne and Maike. He is freshly married to his Oturen wife Jaske Siljin, who is currently carrying his second child. It is said that he is having an affair with a Disen Herbwitch of the region, Daike Nilsin of the Konnsen Sippe, as well as with their Disen Servant Jella.

Hanne Lonnsen

Younger adopted brother of Konne, originally the son of Jilla Maisen, who died a few years after Wotan's Call. His father is unknown and Jilla never talked about him, but it is said that Hanne, born after Wotan's Call, might have inherited his Otur side from his father.

Jella Disen

Young Servant of the Lonnsen Sippe, was found orphaned as a small child a few years after Wotan's Call and subsequently adopted into the Sippe by Lonne Levensen. She did not seem to remember much of her time before becoming a Disen and seems to be way more connected with her spiritual powers than adult Disen so far.

The elder generation

Leve Reiksen (deceased)

Father of Lonne Levensen and previous Chieftain of Troumwarft. He was one of the fighters against the Isanmannen Empire in the Teutanes Forest, where he was fighting off the sudden betrayal of the Ampsivaren. On his return, he was named the chieftain to replace the one who fell during these fights. Leve was one of the victims of the unrest during Wotan's Call.

Reik Helsen (deceased)

Father of Leve Reiksen and said to be the founder of Troumwarft. He journeyed from the east with Teleen the Green a Seherin of the Langobarden. She told Reiks of her dreams of a great war that will be fought at this place, prompting Reik to first build a shrine to Wotan and later found his homestead here.

Jella Imsin

Wife of Leve Reiksen and mother of Lonne and Barne Levensen. Currently the oldest, living family member of the Lonnsen Sippe, she is well known for her many crafting skills. She is one of the few elder people that changed during Wotan's Call but tries to hide her Oturen side usually, while being still very receptive of all Hamwesen.
