As the Giamelan Navy cut through the seas to far off lands and tried bringing the lawlessness of seas to heel. Many noble houses and would-be heroes continued to carve paths across Kalbela to mark their legacies in song and scripture. Two of those houses were the Fleurs and Vaughns, where they led their cohorts from the Whispering Woods to the Emerald Run cleaving and cleansing lands from the scourge of of orcs, goblins, and undead as they went the before they traveled north-east towards a corrupted grove. They routed an undead horde from the plains in Western Giamela, recovering the grove, and laying first stone of Brusel.
