Kasper Cahlan is Named the Baron of Landow

Political event

Due to his contributions and near two decades of service to the Salvae Empire and the Volker Dynasty, Kasper Cahlan was awarded additional land rights and the title of Baron of Landow. The Barony is established as the heirarchy in southern parts of Salvae was still deeply fractured and many nobles and knights still contested birth and land rights to lord and rulership over the region.   Upon his elevation Cahlan begin the tedious work of spreading Landow's influence, prominance, and value to the empire.
