Silvorem
Introduction
Silvorem is the second largest wood exporter in the Blakfort Kingdom. Despite this, the city is rarely considered to be an important settlement. The city is mostly constructed out of wood with a few exceptions in the form of the Keep and the two temples of the city. The settlement is surrounded by a wooden palisade, offering minimal protection against sieges, but its internal layout is excellent for creating ambushes and chokepoints if an enemy force manages to enter the city.Districts
West Village - The western part of the city and the only one without a temple or church. Its denizens most often work with the wood that is brought into the city.East Village - East Village lies on the Eastern side of West Village and it is home to the older temple within the city. It is mostly inhabited by richer folk and immigrants. The Tannery and the adjacent Strnad Armour Shop is considered to be part of this district despite their distance from the rest of it.
Old Village - The Southern part of the city is the oldest in the city. It has two churches and the majority of the woodcutter population. This district is actually located inside the magical influence of the Floating Forest, which causes objects and creatures in the area to float when not connected to the ground.
South Village - Despite its name, South Village lies a bit North compared to Old Village and more East than East Village. It is the newest and boasts a newly built temple. Like Old Village, South Village also falls within the boundaries of the Floating Forest.
