A Favor for Hisahide - Mimasaka

Throughout his adventures, it became attractive to Matsumoto Ooawagaeri to learn more about just what was happening within the endless blizzard that raged over Mimasaka Province, denying all, including himself on occasion, entry. As many people with problems, he chose to go to Matsunaga Hisahide, professional problem solver. Hisahide was able to make some headway and communicated this through their mutual acquaintance, Mori Hibiki.
In short, Hisahide had a woman on the inside; someone on the other side of the wall of sleet who could somehow feed Ooawagaeri information. The magnanimous Lord Matsunaga was more than happy to put the two in contact, but first he had a twopart request for Ooawagaeri to fulfill.

1. First, Ooawagaeri was to communicate a message to Ryūzaki Sanosuke through whatever means suited him. The content was simple: Their deal was off and Sanosuke could speak to Hisahide personally if he wished to wash away any lingering doubts.
2. Second, Ooawagaeri was to find a certain individual, one Hōzōin In'ei and remove her from Shimonoseki and Hagato Province at large until the end of the Mōri tournament. How he did this was entirely up to him, but In'ei was not likely to be amenable to the idea. 

Once those two conditions were met, or even before, Ooawagaeri or whomever he happened to be at the time could meet with Hisahide at the tournament to receive his connection.
