A Gestalt in Red

When weaving the forbidden magic of The Lord of Fools, Hashinara Yoshitakatomo was surprised to find that she had snagged an insane mind some distance away, which was now making its way toward her. This was revealed to be Carmilla, a girl in red who seemed to hail from somewhere beyond the Dreamlands. Although otherwise unremarkable, Carmilla holds within her the presence and sheer spiritual power of more than a thousand humans combined. This weight on the fabric of reality makes her dangerous by her mere existence, and what is this destroyed city she whispers of, and the ragged king haunting her shadow?
