Lothar’s main enemy is Randolf Lufthaven, a lesser noble of Talon Hill who has pledged allegiance to Obohrlansk and raided the small villages in the surrounding area. In the defense of one of these villages, Lothar’s son, Haruld, was killed by Randolf, and Lothar seeks revenge.
