Journeyman

The primary rank for a craftsman is Journeyman or Journeywoman.

The title comes from the tradition that guild members of this skill level are sent to journey to several Masters to learn more and further their skills.

The man or woman will be substituted for a race-specific word if needed. The formal address is the title-guild-name or guild-title-name.
So it would be Journeywoman Smith Tolderia or Smith Journeywoman Tolderia.
A more informal address is just the title-name so Journeywoman Tolderia will be used amongst acquaintances and comrades.
