The haunted house of the Alchemist

A decrepit manor a mile away from Neverwinter, locals say the house was owned by an alchemist that would occasionally visit in the very early days of Neverwinter. It has a reputation for being haunted and only the most brave enter. It turns out some might have taken advantage of that reputation, as The Menagerie has found out that a wizard named Master Sanbalat has set up a smuggling operation in the cellar of the mansion. It also turns out the house was actually haunted as well, with the original owner now undead. The party slew him and his undead guards, ending his work on the Philosopher's Stone
