High Cleric of the domain of death, Nero raises the corpses of the wicked to serve as public servants in Antiokheia. As a young boy, Nero wanted to be a gardener like his father in Theopolis, though his parents had ambitions for their son to enter the priesthood. After fulfilling his parents' wishes and graduating from the seminary, Nero founded the now popular Nero Doctrine, a segment of the Theocracy that believes that there is a stringent code that must be followed and deviating from this code makes one a sinner. Sinners must repent or be "exalted" in death by being raised to serve the living. Nero utilizes these undead servants to perform construction labor, city-wide gardening, and other great works for the public. He spends most of the day curating the rotating seasonal plant selections and horticultural displays, satisfying both his family legacy and childhood dream.
