As the young leader of Sauropolis, Xochiquetzal's lack of political experience has caused their city's influence to diminish in recent years. Despite the indispensable role Sauropolis plays in The Voladrian League, Xochiquetzal's inability to and disinterest in navigation of political machinations has resulted in a decade-long legislative drought for the city. However, Xochiquetzal's passion for dinosaur husbandry has seen the city's mount population surge, with more households with a dinosaur mount than there are homes with children according to the most recent census. While this may seem like a trivial pursuit for a political leader, Sauropolis' use of these herbivorous giants for transportation and agriculture remains a vital part of the league's infrastructure. Nonetheless, if Xochiquetzal hopes to restore their city's influence, they must learn to balance their love of dinosaur husbandry with the demands of politics.
