Battle of the Knives: Game 5

General Summary

Get defeated by evil succubus Pencheska Natyssa and Type I and IV demons.

The grey elf Prince Darfin Floshin rescues the party from the demons.

Rescue Etienne Ilios.

Stay at the home of Sir Isteval.

Meet with the following key people at Eastpoint:

o Prince Darfin Floshin

o Sir Isteval, a retired adventurer and a paladin of the Purple Dragon Knights of Bevil.

o Delfena Ondabarl, the old mage living in a wall tower. She provides the party with the following magic items: 5 magic arrows: 1 arrow of dragon slaying, 1 arrow of necromancer slaying, 1 arrow of demon slaying, 1 arrow of Drow slaying and 1 arrow of Duegar slaying. 5 protection schrools: 1 protection from Dragon breath, 1 Protection from Demons and 3 protection from Necromatic spells. Books on Black Dragon, and a Whos Who of Demons and Devils, Cleric schrolls: Heal, Cure Serious Wounds, Potions: 10 healing potions.

o Kelson Darktreader Floshin, the half-elf Ranger who serves as the town scout and hunting master.

Hire Renri, the 17 year punk who claims to have traveled to Sentinel Fortress from Castle Kidwell many times in his father’s caravan.

Leave Eastpoint Castle without being kicked out or completely burning any buildings down.

Traveled through the country side with farmers harvesting autumn crops and making wine.
The party passed the small hamlet with Crossroads Inn.

o The innkeeper is Fas al-Yoam, beak faced man. There were two other Arab men smoking in the back of the inn.
o Elected not to intervene when the local Constable William Notting abusing his power in locking up the petty thief Renior so that Notting could get Renior’s father to allow the constable to marry Renior’s sister. The Company elected to ignore the petty abuse of power to obtain a sex slave.

Travel through the hobbit town of the Halfling Downs.

o Stayed at the Thristy Bones, which is run by Ebenezer and Marion Huckleberry. Charming, talkative halfling owners. They were aware of gnoll activities and that there fewer travelers, but that is normal in the winter time. They informed the party about the Yevershoulders, who were a family of hobbits that live in Julkoun.
o Talked with Hugo Longfoot, Thaine and Head of the Hobbitry in Arms. Very concerned about gnoll and bugbear activity. He had little information, but sought information from the party. The party did not pass on much information.

Camped overnight at Caravansary: Halfling Downs to Julkoun which was old ruin.

Fought and defeated a group of hill giants, ettins, gnolls, bugbears and hyenas at the Battle of the Knives.
The adventure ended with the party ready to interrogate a captured gnoll.
