Prince Elorfindar Floshin

Prince Elorfindar Floshin aided and advised the rulers of Eastpoint Castle, often with the help of his son Prince Darfin Floshin and until her untimely death, his wife Lady Shalamrae. Much of the credit for Eastpoint Castle’s success can be laid at the feet of these three elves.   Prince Elorfindar had a claim to be the King of the Aebietus high elves, but he was unwilling to fight against his family. He waited patiently in exile and dreamed of returning to forests of his youth until his dying day.   Upon Elorfindar’s death, Darfin, as the first born, inherited the Floshin Estate.   Prince Elorfindar had four elf children over six centuries with Lady Shalamrae, all of whom are believed to still survive (although Filvendor’s current status is cloaked in magic): Prince Darfin Floshin, Elorshin “Highthought” Floshin, Lady Shalendra “Dare-all” Floshin, and Filvendor “Lightfoot” Floshin.   After the death of Lady Shalamrae, he had a number of human wives--all of whom he watched die of old age. He loved and mourned all of them, but with each passing woman his love was less burning and the grief less intense. He always mourned Lady Shalamrae most deeply.
