An Phervian lord based out of Drake Vil, Lagrigoyi was a skilled diplomat and the main link between the Phervian empire and Elvan cities. Though little is known about his life, his achievements are known, and his legacy has helped shape the silent lake throughout the ages.

Conclave

Some sort of winged monster started terrorizing the Gem sea, found to be magical in nature with several coastal settlements being lost, Lagrigoyi organized a council of schoolers in Taoul Reza Noach to figure out what the creature was and the best way to deal with it. Though this was called The Conclave, it wouldn't be the last. The Taoul Reza Noach conclaves became a go-to for any issue that outgrew any one group.

Sea Elf trade

Arrn revar was the first Elf city to be known, due to its spires poking out the surface of the silent lake. The trade agreement sat in Drake Vil, which feeds the city mentions it was Lagrigoyi who wrote it. This allowed Drake Vil to survive most disasters that the world suffered.

Queen to be

as Queen Eva's old master, he realized the potential of his slave at a young age. Lagrigoyi made sure Eva was highly educated and even had her manage his estates. It was this training and experience that Eva claims have helped her rule so successfully.

Rumor'd peace

While Lagrigoyi's fate is unknown, it is thought that he is the Phervian in the picture depicting an Phervian elder and Saberfang fighting off a monstrous horde, especially as sn art piece depicting the scene is currently is owned by Eva.
