Q'thurlas
The hidden city of the wood Elves within the Dread Forest. The most isolationist of the elvan cities, it never truly came out of hiding after the slave revolts. Though many know of its existence and even the rough area it's located, the exact location is only known to the elves and dryads born there.
Gaurdians of the forest
The Elves of Q'thurlas have a perceived duty to protect the dread wood. At the most basic this is protecting Dryad trees and killing them painlessly when the time comes. On the more complex it's making sure too much of the forest doesn't get cut down at once and removing both natural and supernatural issues within. An Elvan hunter was said to be instrumental in the Spirit song incident in 289 Devine.One with nature
Q'thurlas is described as being built in sync with the forest. many of the buildings are tree houses with rope bridges between them, other buildings are built with trees as part of the structure. The first rule seems to be do no harm.
