Raelgil Sepa
(a.k.a. The Divine Sage)
The crystal greatwyrm, he was the first to awaken and the one to awaken others, Raegil flew south to reconnect with his adoptive father Saberfang. Bringing Saberfang back north, they worked together to overthrow the Phervians in the northern forests. Raegil thought slaves to invoke primal spirits and become the first shifters and werebeasts, giving Saberfang a true army. Fearing the outcome of the northern campaigns the high councilor of Phervia sent a full force of Phervians, Orcs, and both the Green and White dragons. Winning the battle and chasing the White into the far north. In the aftermath of the war, Raelgil set up a university that built into a port town of Sepa academy and the world's second academic center.
Though he joined several conclaves through the ages, he would join a proper fight till the crisis of the fey age where he joined the Battle of Voidcape, before joining several of his siblings on the northern front.
Though he tends not to cast spells and is neither the strongest physically nor fiercest, Raelgil is considered the strongest of all the greatwyrms and more than capable of devastating magic when required. Patient and calm Raegil spends most days teaching astrology and spends most of his time in his elf form though he will show his draconic nature when needed.
