Vupeiss (Vu-Pius)

(a.k.a. The White death)

The White greatwyrm, Vupeiss loves nothing more than causing pain and suffering. The only dragon considered evil or malicious, it was banished to the far north by his own kind before the Phervian invasion. When he heard of revolts in the south he more than happily sided with the Phervians as it allowed him free reign to cause suffering in the north, which they had already lost. Rival to Raelgil Sepa, Vupeiss took great pleasure in turning the northwest into a lifeless wasteland of dead trees and undead beings. During the battle of crystal bay Where Vupeiss and Essyrri attacked Sepa, Vupeiss was severely injured and driven back to his home in The Forsaken North. He would reappear at the start of the Chroma Age and help try and reestablish the Draconic empire, being instrumental in taking Targvisk without a fight.
During the crisis of the Fey age Vupeiss was servilely injured at the Battle of Voidcape.

Mortal form

Often seen as an Ice elf mage in blue robes and a skull-topped staff, Vupeiss leaves death and suffering in its wake.

cryogenic breath

Vupeiss' breath is as cold as his heart, the icy mist freezing everything it touches. Things not instantly frozen seem to start being frozen, though many die from the cold way before they freeze completely. Those partly frozen seem to become susceptible to shattering. It is yet clear, primarily due to a lack of survivors, if this is reversible.

Horde

A horde of trophies fills Vupeiss's lair, some of these are valuable trinkets, while others look like junk to most.
