Jupiter

Jupiter is a gas giant orbiting Sol. It is the largest planet in the Sol System and is orbited by 79 moons, including four planemos.   Jupiter holds an important position in the history of the solar system, with it's four so-called “Galilean” moons being the first mobs discovered around a planet which isn’t Terra by Galileo Galilee and Simon Marieus in the early 17th century.    If the non-planemo moons, four are in prograde orbit, with the other 71 in retrograde orbit, similar to the moon of Neptune.   Interestingly enough, by some standards, Jupiter is classified not as a planet, but as a Brown Dwarf, an extremely low-temperature star which does not fuse hydrogen. Therefore, there are debates over the classification of the Soil system and The Jovian moons called the Sol-Jupiter system debate. Marius

Fauna & Flora

Jupiter is a gas giant, and therefore cannot sustain flora or fauna, however, in 2079 a group of scientists dropped some seeds into decaying orbit around the planet. Later, an unmanned terraforming craft carrying genetically altered plants to Ganymede missed the moon entirely, instead burning up inside the giant planet, these are officially the only known instances of plants entering the planet's atmosphere, however, that’s not to say that there haven’t been other sonar events

How is it used by humanity or aliens, if at all? Is that hydrogen gas collected and used for fusion? Are lemons edible?

1: Jupiter itself is used by people mainly for experiments. There are also floating holiday homes in the upper atmosphere. 2: Not at the present time, most spaceships use solar sails. Fusion technology is still in its infancy. 3: Yes.
