Ba Da Ru Unda
Ba Da Ru Unda, a trio of mountain peaks, is located in the northern end of the Eldarr Territories but does not adhere to Eldarrian Law. The mountain tops have towers carved into the mountainside. Most of the large trees have been harvested from the mountainsides, leaving it a rocky mountain of small brush. Large streaks of black rise up along the rockfaces where smokestacks have blackened the rock. Dwarven mountains always look like they are on fire due to the smoke and ash rising from the smithies and hearth within the mountain.
The Unda clan of Mountain Dwarves have reportedly inhabited this mountain in Southern Krahnis for all millennia. Rumors tell other stories that rankle the three famous brother clansmen. Baforn, Daburg & Rutorn Unda are the three brothers with Rutorn Unda being the Chieftain Ru for the three mountains. They are very much the mountain dwarves of old, still following the naming traditions. Typical of Mountain Dwarves, they keep to their own kind to a suffocating degree. They only trade openly with Avail through Halt. Halt is a small town at the great entrance into the mountain kingdom. It is run by the dwarves but inhabited by many gnomes and contracted servants of other races. Gnomian farms wind out from the mountain along river banks. This dwarven-gnomian relationship is typical, with the gnomes trading farmed food and animal products for mined materials from the mountain.
There aren't any large dwarven states within at least 400 miles.
