Elemental Plane of Water
The Elemental Plane of Water is one of the four cardinal Elemental Planes, encompassing facets of ocean and sea. Its raw magical essence is of great interest to Uthilith's most powerful mages, particularly those that wish to wield the powers of the elements.
Geography
The Elemental Plane of Water is a plane of infinite depth and ocean, with no sky to conceive of. Despite the lack of sky, it shifts between "the shallows" and "the abyss" across its geography - places with visible light and a sandy bed beneath (where many species - such as merfolk - call home) and places where the bottom is inconceivably deep (where rumored portals to the Far Realm may or may not exist).
Unless an Uthilithian mortal wields magic to abjure themselves or can breathe underwater, drowning is an inevitable fate for all humanoids who find themselves here.
Fauna & Flora
The Elemental Plane of Water is one of the most biodiverse planes in The Multiverse, as its wildly varying climatological areas (typically based on a combination of depth and current) permit an innummerable count of aquatic species to both survive and thrive.
