Para-Elemental Plane of Ice

The Para-Elemental Plane of Ice - occasionally referred to as the Frostfell - is a region of the Elemental Plane of Water that is highly suffused with energy from the Negative energy plane, thus causing the region to utterly freeze over. Unlike the remainder of the Water Plane, there is sky and air - however, the air is so cold that it is painful to breathe.
Unprotected mortal exposure (for mortals) in this plane can quickly result in frostbite, hypothermia, and death.
