Exarca Atron

The Atronine Emperor is Exarca Atron. In Draconic, Exarca Atron means "The Great Atron" or "The Only Atron." According to tradition, the first Exarca Atron was erected on the command of Gama, the Indomitable Empress, by Zukdin, God of Light. In actuality, Mecatl earned the title by building the city of Cajal after being dispatched on an expedition by Zukdin to discover a suitable location for a city and to construct one. She also brought the tribes around Cajal together.
The position of Exarca Atron is hereditary. The Exarca Atron is the sole and absolute ruler over the Atronine. Their word is law, and they are the supreme commander of the military. The Exarca Atron lives in great luxury with many spouses, slaves, and riches. Another privilege that they have is that they are allowed to (and usually will) marry their sibling even though it is prohibited for common people. When the Exarca Atron dies they are mummified.
