Extraplanar Realms

On Valine there are places that allow access to other realms that do no occupy the same physical space as Valine. Whether by subtle temporal shift or shifts in reality, these are the extraplanar realms, rarely accessible to most, where time and physical laws may differ from Valine. Their denizens can also travel to Valine, sometimes with devastating results, sometimes to aid the populace of the prime material world.
