Bronze Strait

The Bronze Strait is a narrow, winding river which connects the Crossroads Ocean and the Drowning Sea while simultaneously separating Astagua and Vescania. Armistice Isle sits in the northern mouth of the strait and is flanked by the Astaguan fortress of Westwatch on the cliffs to the east and the Vescanian fortress of Eastwatch on the western banks.
Named for the subtle hue of its waters, it is a beautiful, saltwater river. Flanked by cliffs on either side, particularly where it cuts through the Cairnbrow Mountains, there's not much to subsist on should one find themselves caught on - or beneath - its waters.
