Sanna

Sanna is a multi-cultural town that is, for lack of a better term, largely indifferent to the use of Floranecromany. It is relatively new and much of the town is still under construction, but the people there are happy to avoid the drama consuming the rest of Nivasa.
The downside to their indifference is that the government of Nivasa, which is seated in Evergrove, does little to assistance the town. They'll ensure ample protection from large threats, but the benefits of tax revenues avoid the town and anything considered a 'local threat' is largely ignored. While this pits Sanna in a similar situation to Ayonor, its townfolk see the treatment as unfair.
