Clearwood Grove

The Clearwood Grove is a collection of trees whose wood is almost entirely transparent. Imperfections in the wood, and the xylem and phloem of the trees are still visible, but the majority of the wood is completely clear. This gives the grove the eerie effect of leaves hovering in midair, attached to nearly invisible branches. The elves of the forest enchant this wood and use it to construct their weapons, armor, and some buildings, like shrines.
