This is the region where the Capitol of Ardaluz is located. But is administrated separately by a member of the Royal Family. Vititoria  is the official Capitol of the Arling, since Ardaluz is it's own state.
While the Arling of Guadalkir is wealthier, Ardalea have a strong economy based in commerce. The region import and export many products from foreign nations. The region is rich in metal deposits, making it an attractive commerce hub for weapons, armor, and construction materials.
