Phantal

House Phandal a noble house of Zagrean, one of the Vasiliades. It is made up primarily of Gnomes. The Gnomish houses of Phandal have come to prominance primarily as craftsmen and merchants. Most Lower Fields craft shops belong to Phandal or a subsidiary, and they run many of the businesses throught the city. A small private empire, the only thing between House Phandal and total rulership is the absence of magical goods.
