King/Queen/Monarch of Arthuria

The rank of the monarch is the highest in Arthuria since the signing of the Declaration of Rebirth, when it was implemented above the role of Imperator. The phoenix Illume is responsible for appointing the monarch, however as of her death on the 3rd of the 12th month, in the year 76, the title has been made such that the current monarch is responsible for selecting their successor, however, they may not be of blood relation.
The first, and current, Arthurian Monarch is Queen Leonardra Crennelforth, who was appointed as Queen nearing the end of the War of the Phoenix.
