Galavan
An ancient city that predates the Age of Strife. Galavan is built upon the shell of a gargantuan turtle dragon whose size, lifespan and temperament has been permanently altered through magical means. Galavan is a hotbed of magical, alchemical and scientific innovation. The airships built in Galavan are second to none, some are even known to travel the great black. The turtle dragon prefers the warm water surrounding the Prima Islands.

The city is made up primarily of magic users, scholars, inventors and artificers of any species.
Government
Galavan is led by the Great Council. A handful of wise men and women who are leading the in their respective fields of research. Each member of the Great Council lives in one of the five large towers of the city.
Defences
They city has a large number of naval vessels and airships at their disposal to aid in the defense of the city. They city is also full of constructs that act as the cities guard and enforcers.
Industry & Trade
Magic, enchantment and invention are the main exports of Galavan. Raw materials and food being the most common import.
History
Galavan was a great city prior to the Age of Strife and was not affected by the fall of many other great cities.
