Pri'Mera
An underwater to the south of The Prima Islands that is primarily inhabited by Mer. The city is made of blue coral bricks and it consists of many towers that get close to skimming the surface of the ocean. The city is build upon a sand bar that limits the depth of the ocean to a few thousand feet.

The town is made up primarily of Mer 80%, turtlekin 10%, other 10%.
Government
The city is run by an Absolute Monarch of the Nereid royal family.
Industry & Trade
The peoples main source of rare goods is raiding the ships that travel the waters above the city and by exploring the shipwrecks that sink to the seafloor around the city. Seaweed is farmed by the city as well as a prominent whaling and fishing operation.
