Frostmarch Halfling

Frostmarch Halflings make their home in the cold, snowy northern mountains of Alvaria. They exist in various small tribes, which span the area just east of The Grey Wastes to the Icy Pine Forests. They commonly wear colorful, thick clothing. They survive these harsh environs in any way they can. Fishing in frigid rivers or frozen lakes; farming goat; raiding southern villages on their Sabre-mounts. Norse-esque culture.
There is one settlement along a river on the southern edge of thier borders that functions as a common resting/trade point for many of the tribes. Twice a year, (once at the start of winter and again in midspring) nearly every tribe sends a cohort to this location for a grand conference of the Frostfolk.
