Continent: Lenwir

Written by Yerran

Lenwir is the largest remaining known continent on Venya after the cataclysm. It is home to dozens of races and minor kingdoms as well as the two major kingdoms of Nemir and Sabal. Its climate varies wildly across its surface and below as the shattered planes of existence converge and touch on different parts of the continent affecting their climate. What once made up the far western part of the continent was shattered in the cataclysm, leaving a sea of sunken cities and tall rocky outcrops scoured of life.

The part of Lenwir that didn’t sink into the sea was wiped clean of vegetation and life, leaving a vast desert in its place littered with the ruins of ancient cities and powerful artefacts, though some life has managed to reclaim the vast Sabal’Har Desert since the cataclysm. The east of the continent is much more diverse with multiple races and environments to explore, though its landscape still bears the scars of the great war and the memory of some of its inhabitants are long indeed.

The Continent of Lenwir:

Lenwir is the most temperate and largest continent on Venya, retaining the highest and most diverse population P.C (Post-Cataclysm). It has been 2500 years since that fateful age and life here has returned to relative normality with most barely remembering the history of the age.   Lenwir posses varied climates and environments as well as dozens of large cities and a multitude of kingdoms spread across its surface. The most notable of which are 'Sabal' and 'Nemir', one almost entirely human and the other a collection of all races. The struggles within and about the continent can almost exclusively be traced back to one of these larger kingdoms.   Though most struggle with the day to day of life, reminders of the past are never far from sight, with ruins and remnants of the worlds near destruction all around. A horrifying testimony to what may yet wait ahead.
