House Summeral

House Summeral is a considered a noble house of Navarre only in name. These nobles fell on challenging times and have either pass away or disappeared back into normal society.
The House was once built on charity and bettering the city, but the good efforts were taken advantage of by the other houses a few decades ago. They are officially registered with the Kingdom, but no one calls themselves nobles of this House any longer.
