Access & Availability
Initially, gaining access to a newly constructed Highland City was difficult and required extensive vetting. Now, the vast majority of Highland Cities are welcoming to all who come, be they migrants or visitors.
Discovery
Highland Cities were first invented on January 12, 2095 by Barret Burns during the Great Grimoire War.
