The Conflict
Prelude
During the Haagstad Pact rebellion five years prior, the Empire's High King Reginald III was assassinated by an affiliate of the Alvarian Dominion. A failed diplomatic mission by the Empire to Alvaria further increased already strained tensions between the two nations.
Battlefield
Most of the war was fought in the sea that seperates the Alvarian Dominion from the main Veridian Continent as well as a number of beaches.
The Engagement
Most of the fighting was done by each nations Navy, since a large sea separates both nations. Both sides participated in costly amphibious invasions
