General Summary

During the "demonstration," the Lightkeepers began to turn the tides of the battle, Celeste came in clutch with a sleep spell that JUST managed to incapacitate them all (DM's Note: It almost didn't, so I was impressed!). The party then began to turn their battle-fueled momentum towards the Guardian Prosperity. In the midst of this, Xander cast wave of darkness amongst the crowd giving Bruse, an audience member, the opportunity to steal Dink's jackpot, gifting him with a PURPLE JACKPOT TICKET. After a brief scuffle between G.P. and the party, Xander was paralyzed and nearly downed by the Guardian Prosperity's musical expertise (An out of tune piercing shriek). Before things escalated further, G.P. put a stop to the "demonstration." After a lackluster apology, G.P. invited the party to the Avernus bar to receive compensation for their participation and to discuss another topic on G.P.'s mind that may be of interest to the party. As G.P. departs, Quentin Togglepocket attempts to make things right for the party as they are still patrons of his casino. He is persuaded by Xander to bestow upon the party Drink Frog for the duration of the Grand Minauros Invitational. The party gathers at a vacant Three-Dragon Ante table to debrief what just transpired and to discuss their next move. They collectively manage to convince Drink Frog to serve every guest in currently in the casino while bad-mouthing G.P. Discussion leads to the start of a game of Three-Dragon Ante.  

Rewards Granted

• Bruse "won" a Purple Jackpot Ticket.
• Xander convinced Quentin Togglepocket to gift them Drink Frog for the duration of the Grand Minauros Invitational as compensation for the Guardian Prosperity's "demonstration."

• The party survived the Lightkeeper encounter.
