The Guardian Prosperity, Prosperitas, did not always have such a large spotlight as he does now. There was a point where he was both the bane of the Guardians' and the people's existence with his poor management of Paradisus' initial incarnation and its recovery post-Halt. However, with little known to the public and even his Guardian siblings, he managed a complete 180 and began his ambitious project that resulted in Paradisus as we know it today. Because of this, and the fact that his charisma was no longer overshadow by his public failures, he quickly rose to immense public favor, truly earning his Guardian title. Within the past few decades, Prosperitas has taken up a serious career with...music as he feels that his major Guardian duties have been completed.
Charismatic, loud, garish, self-centered, he manages to maintain favor of the general populous...if you're living within the city walls, that is. While widely revered, there are some who are able to see that he may not be completely genuine.
