Mental characteristics
Akane was born in Japan, into a rather high-ranking family. At age 17, her family went as a diplomatic envoy to the capital of Britain, and the influential Hiram Sapie wanted her to marry him. As part of an agreement by the families, the Oshinokouji's were allowed to keep their lands in exchange for Akane's hand in marriage. She wasn't thrilled about the arrangement, but was passive towards it, raising a family, helping establish the Victoriam University, and quietly devoted herself to art.
Never employed, but acted as the founder of Victoriam University.
Founded Victoriam University, painted a famous artwork titled "la Mère de Folie" which was hung in the Sapie manor.

History
Akane was born into a high-ranking family in Japan, and came as part of a diplomatic envoy to London. Hiram Sapie became enamored with her, and asked for her hand in marriage. Secretly, Akane always hated Hiram, and wished to move away from the dreary Victoriam City. Hiram also grew to dislike Akane as she aged, and is believed to have had many affairs.

History
The two met when Akane was to be married to Hiram Sapie. They grew to be good, and strictly platonic, friends. Akane shared with him how much she disliked living in the cold dreariness of Victoriam, confidided her disdain for Hiram, and they would often talk about traveling. Unfortunately, they never did leave the city after 1867, but they remained friends until Akane's death
