Officium district

While it may sounds fancy, the Officium district was definitely the lower class ward of Domum. Those who fled away from their homes or want on a grand adventure to make it in the city often landed here and got stuck in the muck.
The district is in firm control of The bannermen, a bunch of lowlifes working for one that calls himself "the Duke".
