Neo-Hispanic is the official language of Gran Bolivia. The language was formed as a merging of the Spanish and Portuguese of the nation's original founding states and now serves as a common tongue for not only its Human population, but also for its various alien species, when such species are capable of producing the sounds required to communicate in the language that is.

Neo-Hispanic is spoken throughout the planets under the control of Gran Bolivia as well as within migrant communities of peoples originating from there.
