Executor Gelmiro e'Praesidio
Prismatic Executor Gelmiro e'Praesidio (a.k.a. Gel / The Little Dragon)
Gelmiro e'Praesidio is the current Prismatic Executor of the Prismatic Brotherhood. He is a halfling cleric of the Knowing Mistress, but was released from his active duties to serve in the Prismatic Brotherhood. Originally from Verdierra, Gelmiro served as a chaplain - and secretly, as an intelligence agent - during his required military duty. Using the training he received in the military, Gelmiro approached the current Executor, Lulit Okiwo, to help the Prismatic Brotherhood improve its intelligence gathering operations. Okiwo was intrigued, and Gelmiro was soon appointed to the Prismatic Brotherhood's administrative arm. While he officially served as Okiwo's attache and representative, Gelmiro was her second in command who strengthened the intelligence network of the Prismatic Brotherhood across the Rinti Confederation - and the hemisphere.
When Okiwo stepped down from office due to age in 6527, she strongly encouraged the Council of Light to name Gelmiro as the next Executor. There were several other names put forward, but Gelmiro was confirmed without much opposition.
Gelmiro is considered unflappable and almost omniscient. He knows most of the world's secrets, including those of the members of the Council of Light. He is more pragmatic than some of the followers of good-aligned deities would like; he works with shady and unsavory characters if they are useful at furthering the interests of the Prismatic Brotherhood, and chooses not to use the Prismatic Knights or other resources of the Brotherhood to foil many plots and machinations that are at work in the world. Gelmiro views the primary mission of the Brotherhood to protect the civilized races against the incursions of demonic, devilish, and monstrous foes, and so he often chooses to not get involved in other conflicts that he views as less important.
He's known around the Brotherhood as "The Little Dragon," because he sits on his hoard of secrets and "does nothing" with them unless there is great need - at which point the entire world will likely feel the ramifications.
