Taarum Thiaspis (a.k.a. The Lich of the Seas)
Taarum Thiaspis was one of the four wizards that brought Nedel into the world of Vitallia through an Astral Gate. After being overpowered by Nedel, he sought to collect more power by searching for the essence of the Meteor in various parts of Vitallia. He managed to locate a part of the Meteor within the Sea of Vespia and there, he created a pocket dimension that he concealed by managing to manipulate Amber and create a small Amber Cell.
