Tyvswald
Tyvswald is a vile city by all accounts filled with villains, thieves, murderers and rapists and ruled by the worst among these already vile individuals. Nestled in the Bjorns Rock mountain range and protected by powerful magic wards the city has remained independant since it was founded by a mysterious group of thieves who's name has been lost to time. Since then the city has gone through numerous leadership changes, but whoever finds themselves ruling this city usually dont last long as everyone is gunning for the spot. Present day the city acts as a haven for those of a less reputable life allowing them to offload their borrowed goods and revel in the debauchery these ill gotten gains can buy for them and live a life of complete freedom as long as they recognize the one in charge and know their place.
Government
The government of Tyvswald is circumstantial in that it entirely depends on who is the one currently in charge which is always fluctuating. Currently under The Prodigal Children the city is under complete control of The Alpha who rules with an ironfist bringing all of the cities various gangs to heel at his command.
