Meloch

Meloch is a teenage Half-Orc Barbarian who lives in Celonar. He is a former member of the Celonar Adventurer's Guild and currently operates a general goods store in Egg End.

Beginnings

In 3173, Meloch was the squire to Callie Greenstream, the founder of the Celonar Adventurer's Guild. After working in his mother's store in the morning, Meloch would often spend the afternoon canvassing the streets of Celonar looking for new guild members. This is how he first met the The Phoenix Four. Meloch was present when The Wanderer attacked his mother Fortha, an incident which resulted in an illness that nearly killed her.

Phoenix War

After helping defend Celonar from the Goblin Uprising of 3173, Meloch left to serve in the Phoenix War alongside Callie Greenstream. When news of his mother's failing health reached him, he returned to Celonar to run his mother's shop.

Lengthening Shadows

Though Tikvah healed Fortha to the best of his ability, she emerged from her ordeal unable to walk or exert herself for more than a few minutes at a time. As a result, Meloch continued to operate her shop. In Sarasede 3174, Meloch and his mother travelled to Masyros to watch The Phoenix Four take part in the Loxian Games. During the final event, his mother was killed in a shadow magic attack carried out in the name of The Wanderer.
