Halls of Justice

The Halls of Justice were located in Celeb's Ring of Stars. It sat across the fountain square from the main gate to the inner ring, adjacent to the Lord's Palace. The Department of Documents, the main guardhouse, and a small jail were all located within. Consequently, the building was often very busy, even unreasonably so.
