The Undermarket

Celeb is built atop the ruins and remains of it's previous incarnations. There is a bustling underground area, filled with merchants and craftsmen of questionable repute beneath the second ring, between the intricate scheme of sewers and freshwater pipes.
Among these merchants is Zun Hua, whose shop of miscellaneous magical items is within and extradimensional space.
The Undermarket links to rest of the undercity, including the The Maze of Bones.
There are also several entrances to the sewers which run through the various rings of the new city .
