The Maze of Bones

Celeb is built atop the ruins and remains of it's previous incarnations. Located away from the Undermarket and the sewers is the aptly named Maze of Bones.

The Maze of Bones is a dangerous place in the best of times. As the sun weakens, it becomes more so. The walls down there are made completely of skeletal remains, so many bones that some paths are impossible to pass through. The bones shift in the fog, making new walls constantly, preventing the area from being mapped out properly. A thick fog passes through the area constantly. It gives off a faint blue glow, but it is near impossible to find your way through it without the proper magical aide. In the best of times, you might find your way back where you started.

According to the Judge, a shrine to Luin with a sacred candle vital to a yearly ritual lies within this cursed place, keeping watch on it.
