Water Plane

The Plane of Water is a massive ocean plane where the vast majority of the residents live below the waves while above lies a constant torrential downpour. The Plane of Water was one of the elemental planes used in the creation of the Material Plane and is antithetical to the Fire Plane. The plane is ruled by the two Prime Elementals, Alavailoto - The Frigid Depths and Tafetu'u - The Sea of Stars.
