Wood Plane

The Plane of Wood is a massive forest of different types of trees, plants, and other foliage as well as living creatures of the same material. The plants and trees seem to stretch on forever with the majority of the denizens living amongst the trunks, branches, and canopies. Instead of earth at the bottom of the foliage there is just a mass of tangled roots that many darker residents of the plane reside in. The Plane of Wood was one of the elemental planes used in the creation of the Material Plane and is antithetical to the Metal Plane. The plane is ruled by the two Prime Elementals, Huāsùzào - The Grovetender and Tǎshù - The Vigilant Tower.
